Responsibility - Take accountability for your actions and their outcomes and fulfill your commitments and obligations. Emotional intelligence - Develop the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions positively to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, and overcome challenges. Continuous learning - Commit to lifelong learning, whether it’s acquiring new skills, expanding your knowledge, or understanding different perspectives. Empathy - Strive to understand and share the feelings of others to build stronger relationships and make compassionate decisions. Leadership - Lead by example and inspire others through your actions and decisions. A good leader supports and empowers others. Resilience - Cultivate the ability to recover from setbacks, adapt well to change, and keep going in the face of adversity. Contribution to community - Actively contribute to the welfare of your community and society at large through volunteering, mentoring, and engaging in civic duties.
